Are the areas defined by ANH to perform technical studies, in order to increase geological knowledge of these areas, areas returned that are under study by ANH to define a public offer scheme.

In the case of areas derived from technical evaluation contracts, whose preemptive rights are currently in force, third parties may submit proposals according to the requirements established under Agreement No. 8 of 2004, in the evaluator may exercise its corresponding rights.

Areas with a date indicating release to be defined: These are the E&P areas that are currently undergoing studies by ANH, to define the public offering scheme and they also represent those areas under negotiation and/or approved by the Board of Directors and the areas proposed to be suspended by AGREEMENT 42 29/11/06
