First competitive process open for special E&P areas
The National Hydrocarbon Agency announces that on July 6 the special competitive process opened for awarding blocks in seven areas located in Llanos Orientales, Putumayo and Upper Valle Superior and Lower Magdalena. For more information consult the definite terms of reference published here
